These General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use apply to visitors of the lisacom website (hereinafter user) as well as to any commercial transactions carried out by the Client through the online store at lisabonastreetwear.pt. Browsing the site, as well as purchasing any product from the online store at lisabonastreetwear.pt, implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use by the User and the Client.

Lisabona Streetwear reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use without prior notice, with any changes published on the lisabonastreetwear.pt site. Changes to these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use will only apply to orders placed after their publication date on lisabonastreetwear.pt.

The reproduction, transfer, distribution, or storage of the contents of the lisabonastreetwear.pt site without prior written authorization granted by Lisabona Streetwear is prohibited for purposes other than strictly personal use.
Lisabona Streetwear reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding: Products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions, and services, with such changes applicable only to future orders and not to orders in progress.
The introduction of links to this site is expressly prohibited, regardless of the intended purpose, without prior authorization from Lisabona Streetwear. The use of the lisabonastreetwear.pt domain for abusive purposes, and without prior authorization, may lead to legal action by Lisabona Streetwear. In the event of finding links on other sites that allow access to lisabonastreetwear.pt, we inform you that Lisabona Streetwear has no responsibility for the origin of the page nor for the content posted there.

Responsibilities and Cases of Force Majeure
All Products marketed on the lisabonastreetwear.pt site comply with Portuguese legislation.

Lisabona Streetwear is not responsible for delays and/or non-compliance due to force majeure reasons, namely disturbance of public order, total or partial strike, events causing absence or deficient functioning (including delays) of postal services and means of transport or communication, flood, fire, tornado, hurricane, volcanic eruption, war, pandemic.

Lisabona Streetwear is not responsible for any indirect damage, namely loss of operation, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the website, nor is it responsible for any loss of earnings or consequential damages related to any purchase made on the website that, for any reason, cannot be delivered in accordance with and under the terms of what was ordered.
The website is exclusively directed at the final consumer and not professionals.

Obligations of Clients & Users
The Client and the User commit to comply with and respect these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use, namely:
- To refrain from introducing, storing, or disseminating defamatory, obscene, injurious, xenophobic, and/or any other content through the site that violates the general principles of law and public order;
- To keep and not disclose your login password on the site to prevent third parties from accessing your account on lisabonastreetwear.pt
- Not to use false identities;
- To provide personal data and correct addresses so that Lisabona Streetwear can properly process orders.
Users are expressly prohibited from transmitting messages or information that are injurious, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that violate, in any way, the right to privacy or intellectual or industrial property of third parties, as well as from providing any information that may be harmful to third parties or to the site owner.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to Lisabona Streetwear and commits to immediately update their Lisabona Streetwear Registration Account on the lisabonastreetwear.pt website with any changes.

Lisabona Streetwear reserves the right to delete the user account that breaches any of the mentioned Obligations. Lisabona Streetwear also disclaims any responsibility for any delay or inability to process the order, particularly at the time of delivery, resulting from errors or insufficiency of data provided by the Customer.

Placing Online Orders
The sale prices indicated on the website are exclusive and in Euros, including taxes and fees. Delivery charges are the customer's responsibility and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the selected products and the final amount. Additional charges for transport, delivery, postal services, and/or others may apply.

Lisabona Streetwear reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, it will always apply the price indicated on the website at the moment the customer places the order (except in cases where an error/mistake is identified on the website, in which case Lisabona Streetwear may cancel the order/purchase made by the customer, refunding the amount paid without any additional charge/cost to Lisabona Streetwear).

The product photographs shown on the website are merely illustrative, do not form part of any contract, and do not replace any commitment by the company.

Regarding descriptions, specifications, and other details about products from our partners and/or suppliers, Lisabona Streetwear disclaims all responsibility for the validity and integrity of their content. Since the data entered on the website is based on information provided to the company by its suppliers, we strive to ensure there are no writing and/or calculation errors.

Whenever errors/omissions occur and are identified, we will take steps, as soon as possible, to correct them, and the company reserves the right to cancel the order/purchase made by the customer and refund the amount paid. If information presented on the website does not correspond to the characteristics of the product(s) and an order for such product(s) is placed, the customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel their purchase.

Product Availability
Lisabona Streetwear is obliged to respect the deadlines of an order as long as there is stock availability. If any ordered product is not available in stock, Lisabona Streetwear will contact the customer by email or phone within an estimated 7 days from the order date to inform about the new delivery time of the product or to request its replacement with a similar one.

Except in cases of force majeure, Lisabona Streetwear commits to shipping the order within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days counted from the day after the order is placed.

Due to technical and/or circumstantial issues, there may be a discrepancy between the quantities shown on the website for sale and the quantities available in stock.

All promotional campaigns have limited stock and are exclusive for online sale.

Currently, the website only accepts orders for delivery within the European Economic Area.

Cancel an Order
By placing an order on the LISABONA website, the customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions, which must be read and understood before completing any order.

Order cancellations are not allowed, except if:
- The order has not yet been marked as paid.
- The delivery period of 15 business days has been exceeded.
- The cancellation request is made within up to 24 hours after placing the order.
In case of withdrawal after the 24-hour period, the customer must wait for the delivery of the order and follow the return or exchange procedures as indicated in our exchanges & returns policy.

Exchanges & Returns
The following conditions and terms apply only to purchases made on lisabonastreetwear.pt, lisabonastreetwear.com, and lisabonastreetwear.es — websites operated by the company Bold Outcomes, Lda., corporate entity No. 518636399, headquartered at Rua D. Augusto Pereira Coutinho No. 13, 3rd dto., Montijo, 2870-309 Setúbal.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the Customer has 14 days from the date of first receipt of the order to proceed with its return or exchange for item(s) of equal value.
The exercise of this right is subject to the following conditions:
- Presentation of the product purchase invoice.
- The product must be delivered in the same condition in which it was sold: without scratches, external damage or signs of use, and properly packaged in the original packaging.
- The Customer must fill out the Exchanges & Returns Form and contact Customer Support in advance via the email suporte@lisabonastreetwear.pt, which will provide all necessary instructions. Orders sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Exclusions from the Right of Free Resolution
The right of return does not apply to contracts relating to:
- Goods made according to Customer specifications or personalized.
- Goods that, by their nature, cannot be reshipped, may deteriorate or perish quickly.
- Sealed goods not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons, once opened after delivery.
- Goods showing visible signs of external use (e.g., dirt, creases, marks, odors, sole wear, missing accessories, etc.).
Additional conditions
- The 14-day return period always starts from the first receipt of the order. Any exchanges do not extend or restart this period.
- After the 14-day period, returns will not be accepted, even if the item has been subject to one or more exchanges.
- Lisabona Streetwear reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to assess the compliance of the returned item.
Refunds
- The refund will be issued only for eligible products that meet the conditions of our policy.
- For items without defects, the amount of the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund (even if a campaign discount was applied).
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, within a maximum of 14 days after the return is accepted.
- Each Customer may make a maximum of two (2) exchanges of the same item for size or color reasons, provided it is within the 14-day period. Additional exchanges will not be accepted.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they correspond to a service external to that provided by Lisabona Streetwear.
