These General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use apply to visitors of the lisacom site (hereinafter user) as well as to any commercial transactions carried out by the Customer through the virtual store at lisabonastreetwear.pt. Browsing the site, as well as purchasing any product in the virtual store at lisabonastreetwear.pt, implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use by the User and the Customer.

Lisabona Streetwear reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use without prior notice, with any changes published on the lisabonastreetwear.pt website. Changes to these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use will only apply to orders placed after their publication date on lisabonastreetwear.pt.

Reproduction, transfer, distribution, or storage of the contents of the lisabonastreetwear.pt website without prior written authorization from Lisabona Streetwear is prohibited for purposes other than strictly personal use.
Lisabona Streetwear reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding: Products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions, and services, with such changes applicable only to future orders and not to orders in progress.
The introduction of links to this site, regardless of the intended purpose, is expressly prohibited without prior authorization from Lisabona Streetwear. The use of the lisabonastreetwear.pt domain for abusive purposes, and without prior authorization, may lead to legal action by Lisabona Streetwear. Responsibilities and Cases of Force Majeure
All Products sold on the lisabonastreetwear.pt website comply with Portuguese law.

Lisabona Streetwear is not responsible for delays and/or non-compliance due to force majeure, namely public order disturbances, total or partial strikes, events causing absence or deficient operation (including delays) of postal services and means of transport or communication, flooding, fire, tornado, hurricane, volcanic eruption, war, pandemic.

Lisabona Streetwear is not responsible for any indirect damage, including loss of business, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the website, nor is it responsible for any loss of earnings or consequential damages related to any purchase made on the website that, for any reason, cannot be delivered in accordance with and under the terms of what was ordered.
The website is exclusively directed to the final consumer and not to professionals.

Obligations of Customers & Users
The Customer and the User commit to comply with and respect these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Use, namely:
- To refrain from introducing, storing, or disseminating through the site defamatory, obscene, injurious, xenophobic, and/or any other content that violates general legal principles and public order;
- To keep and not disclose their login password on the site in order to prevent third parties from accessing their account on lisabonastreetwear.pt
- Not to use false identities;
- To provide personal data and correct addresses so that Lisabona Streetwear can properly process orders.
Users are expressly prohibited from transmitting messages or information that are injurious, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that in any way violate the right to privacy or the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties, as well as from making available any information that may be harmful to third parties or to the site owner.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to Lisabona Streetwear and commits to immediately update their Lisabona Streetwear Registration Account on the lisabonastreetwear.pt website with any changes.

Lisabona Streetwear reserves the right to delete the user account that breaches any of the mentioned Obligations. Lisabona Streetwear also declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility in processing the order, particularly at the time of delivery, resulting from errors or insufficiency of the data provided by the Customer.

Placing Online Orders
The sale prices indicated on the website are exclusive and in Euros, with taxes and fees included. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the selected products and the final amount. Additional transport, delivery, postal and/or other charges may apply.

Lisabona Streetwear reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it will always apply the price indicated on the website at the time the customer places the order (except in cases where an error/lapse is identified on the website, in which case Lisabona Streetwear may cancel the order/purchase made by the customer, refunding the amount paid, without any additional charge/cost to be borne by Lisabona Streetwear).

Regarding descriptions, specifications, and other details about products from our partners and/or suppliers, Lisabona Streetwear disclaims all responsibility for the validity and integrity of their content. Since the data entered on the website is based on information provided to the company by its suppliers, we strive to ensure there are no writing or calculation errors.

Whenever errors/mistakes occur and are identified, we will promptly take the necessary steps to correct them, and the company reserves the right to cancel the order/purchase made by the customer and refund the amount paid. If information presented on the website does not correspond to the characteristics of the product(s) and an order for such product(s) is placed, the customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel their purchase.

Product Availability
Lisabona Streetwear is obliged to respect the deadlines of an order as long as there is stock availability. If any ordered product is not available in stock, Lisabona Streetwear will contact the customer by email or phone within an estimated 7 days from the order date to inform about the new delivery time or to request its change to a similar product.

Except in cases of force majeure, Lisabona Streetwear commits to shipping the order within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days counted from the day after the order is placed.

Due to technical and/or circumstantial issues, there may be a discrepancy between the quantities shown on the website for sale and the quantities available in stock.

All promotional campaigns have limited stock exclusive for online sales.

Currently, the website only accepts orders for delivery within the European Economic Area.

Cancel an Order
By placing an order on the LISABONA website, the customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions, which must be read and understood before completing any order.

Order cancellations are not allowed, except if:
- The order has not yet been marked as paid.
- The delivery period of 15 business days has been exceeded.
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours after placing the order.
In case of withdrawal after the 24-hour period, the customer must wait for the order delivery and follow the return or exchange procedures as indicated in our exchange & return policy.

Exchanges & Returns
The following conditions and terms apply only to purchases made on lisabonastreetwear.pt
Right of withdrawal: having purchased an item at lisabonastreetwear.pt, you have 14 days to return it, starting from the receipt of the order, under the right of withdrawal provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14. You may do so provided the following conditions are met:
- Presentation of the product purchase invoice.
- The product must be delivered in the same condition as it was sold - without scratches, external damage, or signs of use and in perfect condition, packaged in its original packaging.
To do so, the Customer must contact Lisabonastreetwear.pt Customer Support, which will provide all information about the exchange or return process. The Customer must not, under any circumstances, send items to Lisabona Streetwear without prior contact, as they will not be accepted.
Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal within the indicated 14-day period are contracts for:
- goods made according to your specifications or personalized or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or perish quickly;
- sealed goods not subject to return for protection reasons of health or hygiene products, once opened after delivery;
- goods that, after delivery and by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items.
- goods that show visible signs of external use (e.g., dirt, folds, marks...).
As soon as we receive your return request, it will be carefully analyzed and evaluated according to our return policy to determine if it meets the necessary criteria. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation if necessary, and we will contact you to avoid delays in processing.

Refunds will be issued only for eligible products that meet the criteria defined in our return policy. For items without defects, we will deduct €10 from the refund amount to cover logistical/shipping costs, since the shipping label is provided by us. However, if the customer chooses to ship by their own means, the refund will be made in full.

To determine the eligibility of an item for return, we may assess various indicators of use or wear, including but not limited to: creases, fading, dirt, odors, pilling, loose threads, deformations, sole wear, and the absence of buttons, laces, or accessories. Other signs of use or damage may also be considered.
We reiterate that each case will be evaluated individually by our team, fairly and in accordance with European consumer protection legislation.
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made within 14 days. The shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded as they are expenses outside the scope of the service contracted with Lisabona Streetwear.
